excellent location beach access divided pool cash deposit receipt request inconvenience issue
the hotel location was excellent! the beach was very close. the pool was big and safely divided according to depth, it was suitable for everyone. my family enjoyed our stay of 3 nights here.
i encountered an issue with the cash deposit at check-in. i was asked for a receipt to prove i paid the 200 ringgit deposit. it was quite inconvenient unpacking to find it, though the staff eventually located their copy.

The staff at check-in were very helpful especially myra. The gym facility is very good. I used it daily. I found the spa relaxing and convenient. I appreciated the pools available. They were clean and well kept.
The walk to my room from the elevator felt a little long.

i found the beach large and clean with good sand. i liked the many trees and garden around the hotel. the pools were great and breakfast well balanced with local choices. many places around the hotel provided ample eating options.

The beach offered easy access and i found showers for rinsing off. That was a relief. the hotel featured an indoor playground for kids, something i noticed immediately. ample carpark space made driving convenient. the staff was friendly and quick to help with any questions, which i appreciated.
the creamer in my room was already opened. this made me question cleanliness.

The location had direct beach access which was wonderful. I spent hours by the pool and appreciated the swim-up bar. The variety of restaurants and shops nearby made everything easy. There were plenty of sun beds both beachside and poolside. Some offered shade, a thoughtful touch.
The refrigerator wooden door in our room was broken.

EXCELLENT beach getaway!
prime location friendly staff maintained premises
I REALLY enjoyed my stay. The hotel location is directly on the AMAZING beach. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help with a SMILE. My room included everything I needed, and I appreciated the clean and well kept premises.
The adult swimming pool required an extra fee for entry, unexpected and inconvenient for all guests, especially since it was advertised as open to everyone.

The resort sits right on the beach. There are many sun beds both at the beach and poolside. I noticed that shade was also available. The main pool is big and includes a jacuzzi and a swim-up bar. Many restaurants and shops are close by.
The air conditioner was a bit noisy. I could not sleep very well.
