the hotel location was excellent! the beach was very close. the pool was big and safely divided according to depth, it was suitable for everyone. my family enjoyed our stay of 3 nights here.
i encountered an issue with the cash deposit at check-in. i was asked for a receipt to prove i paid the 200 ringgit deposit. it was quite inconvenient unpacking to find it, though the staff eventually located their copy.

I REALLY enjoyed my stay. The hotel location is directly on the AMAZING beach. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help with a SMILE. My room included everything I needed, and I appreciated the clean and well-kept premises.
The adult swimming pool required an extra fee for entry, unexpected and inconvenient for all guests, especially since it was advertised as open to everyone.

The resort sits right on the beach. There are many sun beds both at the beach and poolside. I noticed that shade was also available. The main pool is big and includes a jacuzzi and a swim-up bar. Many restaurants and shops are close by.
